I'll cut to the Chase. I am a child of 13 years with many Apple products (iPhone 6, 6 s iPhone, iPad Air and a MacBook Pro!) with a dream to enter company Apple and a leader of design, like Jonathan Ive. (I'm a big dreamer, haha). My question to the community of Apple support and to anyone who is listening, how can I start at Apple 18 years or more, eventually leading to a design leader.  Up to now, I have learned basic Javascript and made many drawings of concept of Apple products who fixed trouble / lines of problems, such as the antenna on the iPhone, adding small details of products that make an amazing product for an exceptional product. As soon as you can, start taking courses in the evening and summer courses that apply to your areas of interest at any Community College or a local University is at your disposal. (My son began to take classes of web design at the local Community College when he was 12 years old and now has a master's degree in computer science.)

Since you are interested in a position in the company, do not neglect to take business classes.

    How in the BIOS of my laptop? Boils usually to press the Functionkey right (or combination of both) during the startup. My problem is that when I start my Qosmio, I don't see a message that tells me which key support. Can I be missing something (each time?), but I do not.

    I read the documentation that came with my laptop when I bought it, but couldn't find anything out there on how to enter the BIOS.

    According to the user manual you must press the F2 key to enter the BIOS setup, but you must press the front key Toshiba logo appears.

    Alternative, you can change the boot order using tool "Toshiba HWsetup' which is preinstalled on your laptop.

    Yes, you are on the right track.
    The most common BIOS settings can be changed in the Toshiba HWSetup utility.
    But it seems that the Tecra 8100 uses a Toshiba BIOS, and so you should be able to access the BIOS by pressing ESC and F1.
