How to get support EXFAT on a 64-bit Windows 7 platform?

I tried to attach an external drive that has been formatted to EXFAT on a PC running XP SP3.  How to get support EXFAT on a PC under WIndows 7 64-bit?

I found that win 7 64 bit when reading a chip camera pro extreme sankisk 64 GB wants to format the device (device not recognized). I plug the same camera card into a portable 7 Home premium win and he reads the file header name and you can see the image files and subdirectories. With this os, I can read and write images to the image file.
