• Get the session state of the order of the day in javascript

  Is there anyway to get the value of an element of demand through jS?

  [I have an app that loads a different source into an iframe depending on which page the user is.]  I can load this value in session state for a part of the application (or a point probably page) but for the redirect which is made in java script I don't know how to get the value of session.  [I do not have it as the value of the client side.]

  Thanks guys, but I think that it would give me only the value in the DOm not in session state.  I had to make a page zero point and dynamic action that populated the in the DOM, and then I could use JS ($v) to get the variables.

  I couldn't find a way to get session state directly.

  I recently moved to VCenter VCenter 5.5 6.0. In my plugin VCenter 5.5 code, I used to get the "SessionString" of UserSessionService object.
  But now, if I ran this code, I'm not able to get 'Data center' and 'host' retail...

  Following the code works fine:

  ServiceInstance serviceInstance = new ServiceInstance (new URL ("https://192.0.0.1/sdk"), "[email protected]", "Password@123", true);

  But the following code does not work:

  ServiceInstance serviceInstance is new ServiceInstance (new URL (serviceUrl), sessionString, true);.

  Note:

  I use vijava code of version 5.5. It doesn't look like problem with vijava... If so, first code also shouldn't work.

  And in Vcenter 6.0 release notes, they mentioned the series of lines.

  New Java API

  The only change on the Java is the addition of sessionKey to ServerInfo class. It represents the vCenter session ID.

  Please, please tell us that you have a Test environment? Log into that, then run a trace.
  No doubt you can either descend all test for a few miinutes and/or
  easily distinguish sessions on your Test System? That's exactly what the test
  the environments are for.

  The SQL execution will be the same - you can go try to find
  the root cause of the problem.

  According to my understanding, you have the following requirement.

  xxcompscore messageStyledText in the region1 (separate controller) - Say controller is XxxRN1CO
  xxobjscore messageStyledText in region.2 (separate controller). -The controller is XxxRN2CO
  Page Layout RN - Say controller is XxxPageLayoutRNCO

  If you try to get the value of the region1 - PR Noire2 and display in Pagelayout cannot be achieved by the way you write the code...
  What follows is drawn sequence of the controller...
  1 XxxPageLayoutRNCO--> processRequest
  XxxRN1CO--> processRequest
  XxxRN2CO--> processRequest

  XxxRN2CO--> processFormRequest
  XxxRN1CO--> processFormRequest
  XxxPageLayoutRNCO--> processFormRequest

  So you can't get the session values configured in XxxRN1CO--> processRequest or XxxRN2CO--> processRequest in XxxPageLayoutRNCO--> processRequest.

  You need to take the following approach to get these values.

  -> If the underlying VO for the region1/region.2 is executed in PageLayout controller or controller of the region1
  then you can get the required values of the underlying attributes of your calculation VO do and set the value of TotalScoreText
  on the other
  If executed in the level controller VO region then you will need to run these vo also in pageLayout controller and
  get the values of the attributes of VO and do your math and set the value to TotalScoreText
