    Hi Bbran,

    You can follow the steps below and check if it helps to delete the browsing history and feeds on indexing.

    from Internet Explorer, click Tools and then click Internet Options. On the content tab, in the AutoComplete section, click settings.

    b. in the AutoComplete Settings dialog box, uncheck the historic boxes of navigation and feed the completion options, you want to use.

    c. to clear web address history or AutoComplete, click the general tab. Under browsing history, click on delete. In the delete browsing history dialog, click the buttons clear forms and clear passwords.

    Restart the computer and check if its indexed.

    All my favorites Internet Explore will not transfer on Firefox. I already tried all of the suggestions:

    • import from internet explore
    • Export Favorites to internet explore then import into firefox

    Only half of my favorites are passed to firefox. Very frustrating.

    If there are problems with importing IE bookmarks in Firefox, then export favorites in Internet Explorer to a HTML file and import this file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.

    If you don't have the menu bar in Internet Explorer, and then right-click on the toolbar above to activate the menu bar.

    • Export Favorites in Internet Explorer to a file (bookmarks.html) HTML:
      File > import and export
    • Import HTML file in Firefox:
      Bookmarks > show all bookmarks > import and backup > import bookmarks HTML

    Right click on the IE toolbar. Customize | Add r commands delete and add the Read Mail button.

    You can also place an OE icon on the Windows taskbar.

    -You get an error message? If Yes, indicate the same.
    -What version of the operating system are you using?
    -What version of IE are you using?
    -Have you been able to launch Internet Explorer successfully with no problems before?
    -Have you been able to update without any problem before?
    -You did any recent changes of hardware/software on your computer after that you started facing this problem?

    Can someone tell me please how to find which versions of Internet Explorer are supported by versions of interactive reporting. I've been hitting my head against the wall, trying to find documentation that will give me this information.     When it opens, click on the button Delete. Restart your computer.

    2. do you get an error message?

    3. have you logged as administrator?

    Linda, uninstall IE8, Panel > select Classic view (upper-left) > programs and features > find IE 8 and remove it, I don't have IE8, if not certain if it's in the list of min, or if it appears in the installed updates? You will see this option, if necessary at the top left.

    The application of the AV, no need whatever to buy a! I have used AVG Free for a dozen years.
