  You are correct, but according to section 3.1.3 set up a standby Redo Log, for example 3-2, adding a Standby Redo Log File Group to a specific group number

  Although forward redo log is used only when the database is running in the standby role, that oracle recommends to create a log waiting to roll forward the primary database so that the primary database can switch quickly to the role of Eve without the need for intervention extra s/n. Consider using Oracle Enterprise Manager to automatically configure newspapers waiting for Redo on your databases and relief.

  I have successfully installed a stand-alone application on a PC. I built another verion of this request taking care of changer son name as well as the English installation directory. When I install it on the same PC the first version is deleted!

  You need to change the GUID of the installer, the Windows Installer will think that the application is the same and allows you to uninstall it before installing the new version. You can do this for example by duplicating the specification to build installer in the project.

  . Profile (or its variant) is processed when the owner user account logs on the system. So if change you it after you log on this subject will have to be rerun. You have not to sign out and then sign back in to make. You can 'source' file like this:

  myosprompt$> . .profile
  

  Notice that the syntax... dot space If you simply run .profile it will run in a child process and nothing will affect your current process. Using the syntax 'source' (dot space filename) defined environment variables will be seen by your current process.

  But it's really a clumsy way to do. I would not depend on having to constantly change and my .profile file source.

  Despite the remarks about oradim, you will generally need to run explicitly. Take your question at face value, the procedure is quite simple:

  1. install the oracle RDBMS software

  1.1 you can choose to have a database created as part of the installation, or not.  If you choose to create one as well as the installation, the installer will call the utility "dbca" once installation is complete.  DBCA is "Database Configuration Wizard" and utility oracle for creation, deletion and some configurations of databases.  This makes things easier, but everything can be done manually by calling "oradim", then from sqlplus and issue of an appropriate CREATE DATABASE statement followed invocation of several sql scripts located in ORACLE_HOME\rdbms\admin.

  2. to create a database after the software installation is complete (your first database, or an extra), just run the utility "dbca.

  The dbca utility will take care of configuring the necessary Windows services.

  I see a certain people who downloaded PES 9 from app store for the Mac that can not install actions in PSE.  I have connected to their computer, unhid hidden folders and searched the navigation path, as I expected.  It does not work.  I ran searches for stocks of native elements such as Blizzard and could not find them.

  Well, I asked Adobe and they say that actions can only function if installed in the drive measures because of the problem of the mediaDatabase, they consider a bug, but I don't know when / if they will fix this for PES 9.

  Delete these folders that you created, since you are in the wrong place. Actions are inProgramData\Adobe C:\, etc.. Try (with enabled visualization of the hidden file) and you should see all the way.
