  ONLY if you primary drive where your current operating system has the designation of D:\

  Share there is no way to 'install' flash on a secondary/external drive, this isn't how it works install I know.

  If you want to install Express Media Player although be careful that the disk HARD, should at least 150-200 MB of free space available. This free space must be on the end of the HARD drive and there must be unallocated.

  Windows Media Format Runtime 11 is for people who want to use the latest Windows Media Player codecs without installing Windows Media Player 11. Windows Media Format runtime is required for WMA (Windows Media Audio) and WMV (Windows Media Video). It is also recommended that you keep Windows player 11 and window media player 11 runtime.

  You cannot install the Windows media player 12 on Windows XP because there is no standalone package out yet, and this is only available in the Windows 7 operating system.
