How to map the csv (not columns) cells in the columns of table, import with sql loader

Given «example.csv» csv file

I want to load the data in:

the C7 cell in column X

cell D8 in column Y

cell F7 in column Z

Oracle table "exampletable" and so on. The csv file has not ordered rows and columns, so I can't just load the csv file into a new table itself. So what I'm asking is how to map to the columns in table cells load this file into Oracle (XE). Can someone point me to a tutorial?

I know it's quite elementary, please let me know if I am sous-prescrit anything in the question.

I ended up doing in Excel, through a very laborious process that will probably be repeated by others.

What a pity that there is no functionality in Oracle for this kind of data import more flexible. Analysts of data often throw himself spreadsheets that look like this (or 485 of them) who must enter data one way or another.

    Thanks Randolf,

Infact I'm reading the same book and I was confused with the "adjusted" way MBRC is calculated?
is it remain static in the database if I don't change MBRC? If not what are the factors can change the MBRC "adjusted".

I recommend to download the code repository and run the script 'calc_mbrc.sql '. For each MBRC, it will show you the corresponding MBRC "amended". This looks like an adjustment factor "coded", static, built-in that simply depends on the defined MBRC, so for example if you use MBRC = 16, 10.40 is used as MBRC "adjusted", if you use a 64 MBRC a MBRC "adjusted" 25,84 will be used for the calculation (note how the largest EEG MBRCs and a more pessimistic "adjusted" value) etc.

  • How to replace the subset of table nd with table 1 d to i, j

    Hello

I am trying to replace a range of values in an array multidimensional, beginning with the cell i, j, both greater than 0, that is to say a square inside the Bay of nD. The new values which replace older ones come from a 1 d table. However, when I provide two indexes to replace table subset block I get a bad wire... I guess it is due to the fact that labview does not know which direction to replace data? Is there a solution to this? I enclose an example vi of what I'm trying to do.

    Thank you very much.

This should do the same thing without all the extra steps.

  • How to map the role defined in JDeveloper for LDAP

    Hello

I'm trying to figure out how to map the Illustrazione roles when the BPM process design and the LDAP protocol.

I have deployed on the soa server processes, I can see the ear on the page of the Console.

    I did the following:

    1. connect to the Oracle BPM workspace (http://localhost: 8001/bpm/workspace /) as the user WebLogic.

    2. click on the administration link.

    3. click on roles in the Administration Panel of the areas on the left, to the list of all different roles across all deployment processes.

but I do not see my deployment process.

Do you know why this is? In my approach I just added my roles for the corridor. Is this correct? Why can't I see not all roles deployed?

Well, if you do not want to deploy physically, you can build your project. However, you may encounter errors during deployment of the projects built with success.

I guess that you have a development/test environment where you can check if your application is deployed.

Last resort - player process. For a process, really, it is deployed on a special partition on the soa infrastructure and should play not accessible by end users.

How to open the files .fxm and .fxr with fax windows 7 & scan?  These faxes have been received when I had Windows XP.

    Hello

A file with FXR and FXM file extensions is a Document received from WinFax.

You can open the FXR and FXM file by double clicking on it and let your PC decide which default application should open the file.   If no program opens, the FXR and FXM file, then you have probably an installed application that can view and/or edit FXR and FXM files.

You can use a Notepad or another text editor to open these files.  Number of files is files read-only, which means little matter file extension, a text editor may be able to view the contents of the file properly.  This may or may not be the case with FXR and FXM files, but it's worth a try.

How a FXR and FXM files:
There are two ways to try to convert a file to a different file type:

    a. open the FXR file in its default program and choose to save the file open in another file format.

    b. use a softwarefrom online file conversion to convert these files to another file format.

You hear no doubt, is that your movie software will only recognize certain types of image file formats.  If this is the case, you will need to reformat format files to any format PNG is recognizable by the software.

Rather than we guess, please identify your «film» software

Download and install IrfanView, which is a free utility for images.  http://www.IrfanView.com/

IrfanView has the ability to read a great many formats of image files.  It can also convert image files formats.  And even better - for you - it can do all these things on a batch of files.

As test, after I installed IrfanView, open one of your PNG files.  Now click on file > save as, and select the 'Save as Type' to be little matter the file type of your movie software will accept.  Save the file.  Make sure your movie software can accept the new file.

Once you are convinced that you can modify files that you have in a format that you can use, use IrfanView

File > Batch Conversion/Rename command.  If necessary, see IrfanView help on this topic.

Can you share the code? This seems to be the opposite of what JPA or any ORM package is intended; you would usually the ORM package produce SQL statements based on an object model and a query of high level object, but you try here to feed a sort of a pre-existing query object model. As I said - back. You may want to use executeNativeQuery?

Whenever I am confronted with a situation where a request starts to do involving the unions, subqueries, etc.. I keep the side JPA as stupid as possible. I create a view on the side of the database and that you simply map my entity to this point of view. With appropriate indexing in place which usually performs very well.
