  Try disabling the correction of errors on the printer. Test it using the Test Fax HP's Service. If the problem persists, try to lower the average speed to slow and using the Service of Test fax HP.

But whenever I scan something, catches sweep that results from only about a quarter of the page, which swells in size to take to the top of the entire page. (And I am regular sweeping 8 "x 11" documents. ") And I can't zoom in to get the entire page. When I try to change the setting in jpg to PDF utility, to see if that will solve the problem, the utility closes 'unexpectedly' every time.

  Now change the settings of the device as follows:
  1 open the HP utility and select your device.
  2. based on Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
  3. click on the tab "scan tasks.
  4. Select the shortcut Scan allows to analyze, and then click on edit.
  5. in the section of scanning from an HP device, click the blue triangle to expand the menu.
  6. in the expanded menu now, open the drop down next to cultures in and set as none.
  7. click OK and try to scan.

  Are you sure that you're not open your files with the free player instead of using Acrobat? And please do not post the same question multiple times. Also, try to be more specific. "I am not able" can mean many different things.
