  Hi Lynn,

  It's the security of wireless encryption and it is located in the Security section of the configuration of your wireless router settings (even if it is probaby not displayed and requires that you know - a bit like a password).

  Connect to your wireless router, check the configuration for the single SSID (your wireless connection name) and go to the section of security configuration to set security wireless to the router with a key (or to change the key, but you may need to know that to change to a new one - although you'll see below that I didn't need to know the old man) and if necessary (and it will) , type the key in the laptop / printer setup that it connects to the router.
