  So, you should contact the guy and ask for help. They are able to remove a password from BIOS :)

  I have no experience of the any of these techniques, so I can't guarantee their effectiveness.

  Social Service agents use a special technique to Flash the BIOS which removes the existing passwords, but they are expected to you to prove ownership of the laptop first.
