  • How can I route printing jobs for the main tray instead of the photo tray?

If I send a mail with an attachment JPG to the e-mail address of my printer, it will always try to print it by using the photo tray. I guess he assumes simply because it is an image file, happened to print using photo paper. Although it is not a bad assumption, it is not necessarily what the user wants. I was wondering how I could implement the ePrint to control which tray to use for printing the attachments of the image files. Thank you.

PS My printer is Photosmart 7520.

    Hello

At this point, you will not be able to do so through ePrint. Please also read the following post:

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see you are using a HP Officejet Pro 8620 and want to know how to cancel a print job without going into the printer dialog box.

You can do this by pressing the red X on the front panel of your JO 8620 after sending the print job.

  • Printer 8625 - how to cancel a print job on the printer itself?

My last HP printer had a "stop" button that I used to cancel a print job.

(Sometimes while printing, you notice something is wrong and want to stop.)

I know how to do it on the software, but which may take 1-2 minutes to find the icon, open the print dialog box, identify the doc and hit Cancel.  Then 10 pages continued to go out.

On any 8620 series all-in-one, is there a way to stop the print job from the printer itself?

I read all messages, manuals, FAQ, and there is no info about this simple thing.  Very frustrating.

Hello! Welcome to the @kmmo forums

I read your post about how you want to cancel a print job from the printer. I would like to know if you see an "X" on the screen of the printer, the print job is in progress and if so, try pressing the 'X' and which should cancel the job.

  • How to stop the print job on Laserjet Pro m1217nfw MPF

I want to know how I can to pause the print job on my printer in order to return the page around and print on the other side. I read in the quick start guide and none of the buttons seem to do exactly that, the closest being the X button, but that cancels all the work print entirely. In other words, I tried to do is pulling paper out of reach, so he has to wait until I have insert new paper, but then when I reinsert the battery, it takes FOREVER to reset and go on with the work. I'm used to be able to do that on my old printer, since it had a pause button and he saved a ton of paper by allowing manual two-sided printing. Thanks in advance!

    Hello

Based on the #73 of the following record page, you must leave it on the last page before manual turn up-side-down to print the other side.

If you want more control, you can divide a long document to a few small parts by sending several times to the printer you (for example, 1-40, 41-80, 81-120).

I was sent a MS Visio file today. The file is a flowchart sales. I tried to print on a sheet of size D (24 "x 36"). Text is too small to read and size cutting a part of the chart. I need to know how to configure the printer to allow this flowchart to print 24 "wide roll entirely. There will be some trial and error to determine what size I need to print in order to read the text.

    Hello

Try to save the file as a PDF and print from Adobe.

Or. Create costume paper formats and look at the preview in Visio until u get the correct size.

There is also a preview before printing in the printer driver. Use it so u don't waste paper or ink.

  • 4504 envy: How to cancel a print job of 58 pages sitting in 4504 envy

I tried to cancel a 58-page print job, sitting in the printer. Work has been queued completely into the printer.

The printer has a page fault after he printed page 4. say a page was too long to print. 2 pages had slipped into set. I followed all of the usual forms - no paper stuck not, reset button, etc.  but nothing has worked.

Currently, I have the printer off.

I was thinking about the uninstallation of the machine and reloading maybe that could break the cycle.

This printer is less than a year and was used only rarely now.

All of the suggestions. Help, please.

    scarlattid3,

The Cancel button must be located in the lower right of the screen. The only thing is that it won't show until you start the work print or copy and then it should appear for you.

Let us know if you are able to find it.

  • How to run "HP printer Assistant" in a window at startup?

"HP printer Assistant" for HP 6520 Series printer opens full screen.  How can you do open in a smaller window, so it does not cover the whole desktop on startup?  Running Windows 7.

It seems that you are having problems with your printer HP Assistant. What I watched online from various places, including this one:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/bud09546

There is no button reduce about this software (I would check one of them will look like (_) in the upper right of the software (in general).) If we take the largest part of your screen then there will probably be a matter of what your screen is on the resolution. The resolution that the greatest things appearing on your desktop, if your resolution is set extremely low (or if your monitor is not capable of high resolutions) then it is possible that the software automatically supports a large part of the screen.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/change-your-screen-resolution

Apart from those two things, I doubt that it is a way to change the real default size that the window opens as initially on startup.

I would like to know if it is useful for you or if there is anything else I can do for you!

    Have a wonderful day!

  • M127fw MFP: How to delete the print jobs in the queue?

When I get an error message when trying to print, I keep trying to print.  This means that I can hit 'print' five times for the same document, because I hit 'print' whenever I think I might finally have something fixed.

The problem is that HP never forget any of these applications - when it finally starts printing - it always prints every single job - meaning that I get multiple copies of jobs for which I got an error message.

Where is the interface to view and delete these jobs? I can't find it on the printer itself.  Is there an interface where I can delete jobs in the queue?

Go to devices and printers and double click on the printer icon. Now click on something like seeing what is printing a list of documents should appear and you can pass by and remove whatever ones you want.

  • How to configure the print job to the embossing that needs to be done?

    Hello world

Can you tell me what the best way is to set up a work in ID need is embossing? The project is our company Christmas card. It will also be a matte varnish in the entire image.

What makes it more complicated is that I'd like to as embossing to have some 'variation' to it... Let explain me further.

At Christmas, image, at the back of the sleigh of Santa Claus is a bunch of colored balls or of different sizes. I don't want the whole to be a large piece of terrain heap... I would rather there as a means for y at different heights in the embossing... so that the parts of this "pile of balls" is raised more than other parts... so that the embossing on each ball is a little different (some are triggered more than others). Does make sense? It turns out to be more difficult to explain than I had expected !

Also, how can you specify if the embossing is convex or concave (high or having a look "pressed down")

Thank you in advance for your help, very much appreciated!

    Thank you

    Christine

Check out the comments here http://indesignsecrets.com/making-a-die-cut-shape-in-indesign.php

Basically, you need to have the shape of the object and make it 100% spot color to overprint in the layout. Call the Spot colours "BURN" and call the color of your Polish "POLISH."

You can talk with your printer if you want that it embossed (jumping off the page) or hollow (sinking in the page). They can direct you.

For Christmas balls, make a new layer called embossing. Apply the color of the task you did 100% fill.

Draw a small circle around each ball, with a small piece of a white line. Tell your printer how you want to emboss the balls, as in individually.
