  It works very well!  Note: There is no export from the file drop-down but there was record under which gave the possibility to choose Word in the file Type menu down.  Thank you very much.  I had spent an hour on the phone or cat trying to get a response from Adobe.

  You bought the Adobe Store of Acrobat Pro? If so, you can log into your account on www.adobe.com and download the installer from there. You should find a link to the program installation under my Plans & products.
