I want to reinstall our Adobe Acrobat Pro XI because we started to get the error messages. I followed the original instructions, but when I logged in I couldn't find 'My orders' page that is required to install my order.  Any ideas?

  Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it. I have found that on Windows you can kind of get around that by reducing the window of Acrobat using Win + D, but this is hardly a good solution. Acrobat is simply not built for the treatment of large quantities of files, even if it has the functionality of the wizard of the Action...

  If you need to do this, then you should look for a more robust tool.
