How to stop these errors?

After resetting my OS (Windows 10) and reinstall Thunderbird, I keep getting error messages. I've attached screenshots. Whenever I run the TB application, I get the first image rather than the TB page to view. At random times while TB is running, I get the second Image. If I click on 'Cancel', everything seems to work very well, but sometimes the error window is displayed again 3 or 4 times. What do I need repair?

I think that there should be an option to toggle HTTPS checking too.

    You have two different errors.  I would begin removing Symantec and use the built-in Defender.  If you continue to plant thanks to upload dmp files

    Symantec is a common cause of BSOD.

    The icons have been added as part of the e-mail. You cannot change what someone else puts in their e-mail.

    If you already have the setting for not showing remote content then you should not see the icons in the content of the e-mail, but you will see empty boxes with a broken link icon, where the icons were positioned.
    This has no effect on the reading of the attachments.
