  No it did not help. I spent most of the night final reading of all these debates, and none of them worked – since there is no direct public download link more. So you should stop copying and pasting these links every time.

  The other option is to install an older version of Premiere Pro on your machine using the same composition that you bought: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  As you mentioned you tried to install the update, but nothing happens. I recommend you to uninstall Visual C++ Runtime 2015, see the steps on how to do it in the slot help document: errors 'Exit Code 6' and ' exit 7 "Code install Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements. .
