How to use subject: config to REMOVE Delta looking for my new tab

I'm desperate to remove Delta search my the new tab page. What should I do after I opened on: config? I have done it at least a dozen of resets, withdrew DS via Add/Remove, run a virus scan now... it is TERRIBLE and it HAS to be a way to get rid of him. When I do a reset, the new tab page is what I WANT... my saved pages previously. However, when I FF CLOSE and reopen, the new page is, once more, Delta. You can hear me SCREAM? You see my TEARS? I'm really tired. Thanks for getting back to me with a solution that WORKS. JO

As a member of the Delta to search for the customer.
I am happy to answer all your questions.
The removal of our research program is actually quite easy.
If you use FF, please follow the steps below:

Write in the address line "subject: config" and press "enter." Confirm the message. Search for "Delta". Right click on the entries, and then click "Reset".
Please be aware to reset only the entries which contains 'browser.newtab' or 'browser.search '.

I hope it solved your problem!

I posted a style rule to shrink the tiles, which allows several of them on the page, but naturally reduces their legibility. You can experiment with the dimensions to find a look that works for you.

I use the Stylish extension to experiment because of its preview function that allows me to see the effect quickly. You can install it from the site of modules, then after restart of Firefox while searching for his "S" icon in the toolbar to manage Styles so you can edit and experiment.

    Hello

Looks like you have a third-party program that has been on your search engine, home page, or the value default new tab page. Fortunately, this can be solved easily:

    1. Click the menu button

      and choose Add-ons.

    2. In the tab of the Add-ons Manager, select the Extensions Panel.
    3. Select the toolbar you want to delete.
    4. Click on the button Delete.
    5. Click "Restart now" if it appears. Your tabs will be saved and restored after the restart.

After restarting Firefox, install the Reset search tool. This will remove the rest of the traces of this program to your Firefox.

Do a right click on a topic and opening it in a new bar are NOT a problem; a new tab with the new field opens suddenly.

The problem is when I intend to copy and paste a URL into a new tab: I can not open a new tab for this - I need content myself using the current tab, to paste the URL, OR open a new window to paste the URL.

This was not the case in my decade (?) to use Firefox. This is the first time this has happened.

If you 'zoom back"holding the key Ctrl and tapping - one or twice, this is get the page for a good place?

If Firefox does not remember your zoom level of the page the next time that you open, you may need to disable prefetching of the page using this parameter:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste newtab and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference browser.newtab.preload to change its value from true to false

After the change, if you have any 'new tab' pages open, close them and open a new one change, the zoom setting and now we must remember.

If you do not want to reduce the zoom level, there are some add-ons to change the page. What follows is often referred to:
