  Suggestions:

  1 reset your resolution.
  Right-click on an open office space > personalize > display settings > pursuant to resolution, use the slider to adjust > OK

  2. right click on new desktop > Personalize > adjust font size (DPI) > default scale (96 DPI) > OK
  Note: You can experiment on a large scale (120 DPI), or click Custom DPI... and making adjustments here.

  On Mac, command + shift + f should toggle the display between the ordinary and full screen. Does it work?

  If you can still access the menu bar, one of the Firefox settings file may be damaged. Try this, assuming you have the main toolbar:

  Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press enter/return

  In the first table of the page, click on the button 'show in Finder '. This should start a new window listing the files and the folders.

  Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output:

  • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".

  Pause while Firefox finishing its cleanup, then rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

  Launch Firefox back up again. Windows normally appear again?

  Certainly, I understand your frustration. This process is usually a test of five minutes.

  Here's what I did:

  Part 1
  (1) recorded in presentation with a users Admin Services
  (2) click on settings-> Administration
  (3) click on "manage presentation catalog."
  (4) sailed towards the dashboard I was trying to make the default
  5) click on properties of this dashboard
  (6) to find the 'Path' attribute and copy (CTRL + C) information on the right NOTE: Important for this copy exactly as it appears here. This should not have a ' / ' at the end
  (7) put the following text in Notepad: SELECT "" OF DOUBLE NOTE: make sure that you do not introduce a space at the beginning or at the end during your copy & paste

  Part 2:
  (1) connect to the RPD in ONLINE mode
  (2) go in manage-> Variables
  (3) create an initialization block in the section session
  (4) PORTALPATH_IB the name and value of the data source to your application in Notepad: SELECT '' FROM DUAL
  (5) assign the SQL to a connection pool and click OK
  6) click on target to modify and click New and enter CHEMINPORTAIL for the name of the session variable. You should get a warning that it is a server variable. Click OK.
  7) click OK on your block of initialization
  (8) to save your changes

  Part 3:
  (1) ensure that your username has a dashboard by default 'by default'
  (2) sign out and then sign back in
  (3) you should be transferred to the CHEMINPORTAIL dashboard

  Do not use the maximize button (or property of start-up).

  1. Start it IE as you normally would.
  2. Open a link in a new window (or whatever your nommal procedure that causes a window IE smaller size).
  3. Close the original windows, leaving only the small size, a
  4. Resize this last IE window by dragging the edges to be almost full screen - do not use the maximize button!
  5. Close the window of the latter and the size parameter should stick.

  You can set partialSubmit to "true" on your command button.
