HP 2350eo p6: I can't understand how successfully do a factory restore on my win 8-> computer 8.1

I tried to do a factory restore, and it just doesn't work. I can't start to the top of the recovery screen.
I tried restarting and pressing F11. Because Windows is not normally start, he's clearly trying to do what I want it to, but it does not work. I tried once to leave it for an hour and everything I've seen on a black screen. I also tried to boot via the Recovery Manager. I tried to create a USB stick recovery. First of all, I created the USB through recovery manager. Then I rebooted and held of the ESC. Then, I started the USB key. Nothing happened.

When I turned off the computer and started it again, as long as I don't push any button, windows would start as normal, up to this point.

Given that HP tools could not solve the problem, I tried to restore through the windows, the standard method, I suppose, by selecting Properties on the right sidebar. Computer properties, then update/restore, restore, remove and install windows. When I tried, the computer restarted and I got a black screen again, but now, I can not even start Windows more. He answers when I press ESC while booting, but I can not to initiate anything.

I just wanted to make a simple factory restore and now my computer is dead. Where should I go from here?

My computer is a HP Pavilion 2350eo with Windows 8.1 p6, it was packed with 8 victory, but a few months after asking me about upgrading a few times, somehow forced the update windows update. My hard drive is almost full at the time, so I don't know if my problem is related to a bad 8.1 Win install. It seems very pulled by the hair.

I was able to understand.

I pressed ESC while booting. So, rather than starting the real usb, I chose run Application Uefi, and then I was able to browse the actual usb (which I did before) and select an individual file to run. I do not know which file I got, but I was able to run one of the files, that triggered the factory reset.

So my problem seems similar to when you enter a CD in windows, and it's not autorun.
