HP 500-200 t is slow

A few months ago, I bought this computer online at HP.com. My problem is that its very slow on the opening of web pages (facebook, Ebay, Youtube, etc.) It takes about 2-4 minutes most of the time. I put the computer to the factory TME several times but it works still slow. I get on my wife's cell phone and its opens the same web pages fast. SO I know this isn't the internet connection.

Help, please

Hello

Slow on most web sites? But not all?  That might give you a clue where the problem lies. Here are a few possibilities:

An internet router that has problems could be the cause. Download and use Pingplotter to give you a view of response time graph for each site that you want to access. Other freeware version should suffice.   Alternatively, you can issue commands from the window RUN tracert.

IE on your PC does not work with the good compatibility settings is another possibility.  This occurs when the remote web sites have not updated the web pages to be compatible with modern browsers. I see this problem with some HP and ASUS web sites web sites. This can be a catch 22. You configure the setting of compatibility for a site within the domain, but the other pages of the web site are coded to a different level. This one can be a real pain with response times but also feature. You can try a different browser.

  • HP Pavilion 500 - 200 t: card memory HP Pavilion 500-200 t and upgrade information

I'm about to take my 10 GB of RAM RAM 16 GB of RAM and 500-200 t has only two slots for memory card. When I replace (2 x 8 GB cards) I have two 5 GB cards flying over. I need to know the exact left specifications more cards? I want to put the card in my Dell XPS 8500 4slot who has already 2 x 4 GB cards in there. And the specifications on Dell cards are cards of DDR3 1600 MHz. Can someone tell me the specs on the HP 500-200 t maps?

Please see the specifications of the product HP Pavilion 500-200 t and configurable Options page for the information you request. Based on the specifications, the factory in your computer memory should be 10 GB (1 x 2 GB, 1 x 8 GB) DDR3 PC3-12800. The speed is DDR3 - 1600 MHz. The size is a guess based on your statement "I'll have two 5 GB cards flying." Memory is available in sizes based on the binary progression... example... 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, etc. There is no such thing as a 5-GB card.

As to put in your Dell... it may or may not work depending on the latency and/or refresh, or if it is dual channel.

  • HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276n slow or does not respond after sleep/wake

    Hi all

Bought a printer HP Laserjet M276n colorMFP 200. Set up the printer and it's printing of windows and mac computers (also via the local area network (wireless) and even the iPad and iPhone) and scan directly to the pc and mac. Also configured the network folder scan function. Works like charm.

But... When I try to do something after the machine is in "standby mode" everything goes wrong.

1 - printing takes longer path to front.

2 - operation of the toutchscreen (for scanning to network folders, or to photocopy anything) is not feasible. If the machine says it takes about 10 to 15 seconds per order. Sometimes the machine does not respond.

3 - wireless devices sometimes have trouble with the connection to the device.

4 - access to the machine via the web interface content (yet) is slower, if not impossible.

When I manually reboot the printer (using the power button) the machine works fine again.

But I can't immagine what how HP intends to use the machine.

Anyone know how to solve this problem, or if it could be a configuration error during my dissertation?

Also is it possible to disable the sleep mode at all?

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards

  • recently I upgraded my adobe acrobat in my 3rd generation ipad ios 8.1.2 after update my files manual pdf including more than 500 MB are very slow to respond and stuck all the time... .it has become a big problem for me now... I'm stuck... can not

    Help me

Player crashes with files larger than 700 MB

700 MB files are exceptionally large.  Any PDF reader you choose, it would be slow to display the content of a PDF in particular for previous generations of iPhones/iPads with CPU/GPU less powerful.

Because your files are so large, I am afraid that you will not be able to share files with us (Adobe) via attachments or links to the cloud storage.

Here are a few suggestions (not solutions, however).

    • Update to the latest version of iOS on your iPad.  iOS 8.1.2 is old enough. In general, you will get the performance and bug fixes update to a newer iOS.
    • Try other free PDF viewers for iOS.  For example, try Apple iBook.  You will not be able to add comments, annotations or filling out forms.  But it may be more appropriate for display.
    • Use the desktop version of Acrobat Reader.   All desktop/laptop computers are faster than iOS devices.

We will make an effort to improve performance with large and complex files in Acrobat Reader for iOS. However, it would be difficult to overcome the limitations of hardware and file size. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Pavilion 500 - 200 t: about the location of the hardware driver under warranty?

My office went out of warranty and when I go to find drivers and updates the HP site won't take me to where I can find downloads and install? Matter of fact, it does not appear that they will do anything, unless I am under warranty. At least Dell will allow you to download and update. I don't think it's important, but I went from 8 GB to 16 GB of memory (which has maxed out on this desktop) that I would need the drivers or updates? This p/c is around 2 years and think that some drivers/updates to update is available?

    deerpark243

Since you already provided the link to HP Win8x for your PC drivers, if you have problems with any specific driver, you might be able to replace it with a HP driver by installing this driver in compatibility mode: http://www.windows10forums.com/articles/compatibility-mode.7/

    Good luck

  • Desktop Pavilion 500 - 200 t: Asus Geforce 950 compatible for Pavilion 500-200 t

I just upgraded my memory from 8GB to 16GB and I was wondering if the (long name) Asus GeForce 950 - M - 26 d 5 128 bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP ready graphics card would work on my p/c or HP there an equivalent for it?

You will have two problems with the video card 1) if it fits in the space provided for the map and 2) you need to upgrade the power supply (PSU).  The existing PSU is only 300W.  You can check the specifications of the map to determine how much energy is required.  I love Corsair products.  To determine if the card suits you can measure e/s rear plate to the front of the case.  This will allow you to see if other ingredients will be in the path of the map.

  • IX2-200 Cloud edition slow performance on LAN

I do experience copy speeds around 15-20 MB/s. Is this correct unit?

I've seen some people post about 40 MB/s speed makes me think of something wrong with the configuration of my device.

Usually I'm copying the files TO the device via SMB on a gigabit LAN to a Mac. LAN speed is 99-106 MB / s, so it is not the question. All protocols except NFS and SMB are disabled. All services (Media Server, stream etc.) are disabled.

During the copy, I see 95-100% of the CPU load. Idle is 1-5%.

The drives are configured for RAID1.

    Please share your copy speeds.

    Hello brain_away,

Looks like you've done what you can with the firmware to optimize performance.

For the ix2-200CE, these speeds are in the range of what I normally see.

  • HP G70t-200 ram upgrade question

My laptop HP G70t-200 starts to slow down and I'm getting a lot of popups 'insufficient memory '. I am running two sticks of 2 GB for a total of 4 GB.

My question is can I add two 4 GB sticks to this laptop. When I searched online for options only a few offered everything above, 2 GB and most list only 1 or 2 GB sticks.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    D

    You are the very welcome.

Sometimes, the limit is governed by the BIOS.

Based on specifications processor / chipset for your model, you should be able to install 2 x 4 GB memory PC2-6400.

I found these unofficial specs online...

    http://www.laptopreviewsonline.com/HpPavilion/G70t/

Even these non-official specifications show that the max is 2 x 2 GB.

With a module of memory PC2-6400 costs around $100 dollars each, I certainly wouldn't take the bet that it will work.

It would be more fun to lose $200 in a slot machine.

  • Measure the intensity of the flash using a photodiode

    Hello world

I want to measure the intensity of the flash of my flash lamp using a photodiode.

Maximum repeat of the lamp flash rate is 500 Hz, the duration of the pulse ~ 2 µs.

Right now I use a card counters/timers PCI-6602, so I have to buy new material (max $ 2000) in any case.

The precision should be as high as possible because the signal is used to normalize the flash fluctuations in my measurement.

I don't know what hardware meets my needs (USB-6009, NI PCIe-6351,...) because there are so many options.

    Any recommendations?

    Thank you!

    Johannes

    Johannes,

Yes. Additional information has been very useful.

    1. you can consider a tube set, as opposed to a photodiode.  Who spends the majority of your budget here rather than on the acquisition daq hardware but can give you better optical performance. PMT can be very sensitive (responses of single photon), fast and low noise.

2 and 3. For an area under the curve as, I would consider a high speed Integrator (OPAMP fast with return of capacitor).  The output is a voltage proportional to the area under the curve.  Because you must read at 500 Hz, a relatively slow and cheaper DAQ hardware could be used. You must also reset the Integrator after each reading.

Consider the comparison between direct scanning of the curves in your image to the Integrator, I proposed:

A digitizer to 10 MHz capture 3 or 4 samples non-zero on the closer peaks and probably no sample in the upper part of the pulse.  Thus, the calculated surface might have significant errors. Certainly greater than your target < 0.1%.="" faster="" digitizers="" with=""> = 12 bits of resolution (required for accuracy) are very expensive.

    Op amp Integrator costs ~ 10 US $.  The other required components that would increase slightly. Even if you were to buy a power supply and an enclosure for the Integrator, the cost could be< $200-300="" us.=""  the="" sampling="" rate="" of="" the="" a/d="" conversion="" is="" ~="" 500="" hz.=""  ="" even="" a="" usb-6008=""><$200 us)="" is="" fast="" enough,="" although="" its="" triggering="" and="" accuracy="" may="" not="" be="" good="" enough="" for="" your="" application.="" certainly="" there="" are="" several="" devices="" in="" the="">< $1000="" us="" range="" which="" are="" more="" than="">

    4. stay with the 6602 for measurements of frequency and generation of calendar. It works well, has an impressive track record and you already have it. Add the input device a adapted analog and you should be ready.

I don't want to make this sound too simplistic, because it isn't. What you're trying to measure requires some effort and a few precautions to ensure that you get significant results.  For example the discharge that powers the lamp flash can produce powerful electrical transient signals.  These could be much larger than the photodiode/PMT outputs and they occur simultaneously.  Preventing transient corrupt measures may require a substantial amount of test and design.

The bottom line is horizontal. If you exclude his race-width of the rectangle enclosing has no height.

    It turns out it's important!

You do not specify one attribute maskUnits so the default is used http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/masking.html#Masking which is objectBoundingBox and it turns out that this (http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/coords.html#ObjectBoundingBox) is incompatible with forms that have no framework encompassing.

The specification SVG that specifically said...

Keyword objectBoundingBox should not be used when the geometry of the applicable element has no width or no height, as in the case of a line horizontal or vertical, even when the line has actual thickness seen due to having a width of line not zero as the width of the line is ignored for limit box calculations. When the geometry of the applicable element has no width or height and objectBoundingBox is specified, then the given effect (e.g., a gradient or a filter) will be ignored.

  • Q: can you Optiplex 990 (with i7-2600 and 265W PSU) run a 750Ti?

    Dear people,

Recently, I bought a refurbished DELL Optiplex 990 with 8 GB of RAM and i7-2600 and I am very satisfied with this system, but I would like to run some games on high (ish) definitions.

That is why I want to upgrade the system with a GTX 750 Ti graphics card (for example: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti STRIX).

    My question is:
can the original systems 265W PSUS provide enough power for the upgrade? Or should I upgrade the PSU as well to have a stable operation?

These 750Ti are originally designed for low current systems (they won't be able to take the PCI-e slot - max 75W - and have NO auxiliary pins). The Optiplex s 990 can be delivered with an ATI graphics card (with a circulation of ~ 68W of PCI - e), moreover specifications document 990 States that the PCI-e slot on the motherboard is evaluated with standard 75W.

On the other hand, I think that this upgrade can really stretch the limits of the system, add more hard drives / RAM and/or insert some USB devices and the power supply isn't able to take it.

    Model: Optiplex 990
    PSU: dell d3d1c
    Power supply: 230 VAC
    PC: i7-2600, 2 DIMM DDR3 RAM (8GB total), 1 HDD (500 GB)

While slowed the machine display but play games the machine will restart and crashed due to demands for more power that the unit can provide.  Standard CS750M of Corsair adapts well to the minitower.

There is no upgrade for the smaller models.  I don't think Booster 450W power units no longer exist that fit into the optical drive Bay 5.25 inches.
