  I've never had access to the BIOS up to this point, because I want to sell this laptop.

  I FOUND THE PASSWORD ^^

  I called digitalriver and asked them if they put a password on their laptops...

  They told me to try 1234 and 0000

  And guess what! It's 1234! So happy ^^ actually I'm involved so no luck I tried 123456 and 12345678 before but I never thought it will be 1234!

  When you are prompted to try to 45774918 password that must clean the pw. If this is not the case enter the BIOS and remove pw. Use this code as the old password and do not fill new pw. Save and exit.

After you type the wrong password 4 times it will say "Press F7 for HP SpareKey recovery".   Unfortunately, business machines such as Probooks or EliteBook have more strict security consumption patterns - they do not produce "stop codes", the password cannot be derived from the serial number and the code is stored in a nonvolatile memory to remove the RTC cell does not reset the password in this case.

  If you Contact HP Business support they should be able to send you a file custom SMC.bin that you can use to reset the password at startup.
