I just reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 64-bit of 8.1 and have two unknown devices listed. They say they are for the PCI Express Root Complex, the value for them are:

ACPI\HPQ6001\3 & 11583659 & 0

ACPI\HPQ6007\3 & 11583659 & 0

I tried following links in other posts, but they take me right to the global driver page for a one system is not the correct drivers.

Can you please help?
