• How can I get the rear HP Smart print icon in the toolbar?

  The HP Smart print icon used to appear in the Firefox toolbar. I had to reload Firefox. the icon no longer appears. How can I get that back? I use Windows 7.

  I was cleaning my Add-ons, etc and noticed that extension, Smart Printing button 1.0 is disabled b/c, it is not compatible with my current version of FF 18.0.1, why not uninstall and go? I looked for answers on how to do it, but come up empty. I searched my C drive for the HP, print Web program (such as suggested by the forums HP) and found nada, I think I might have deleted (not uninstalled correctly) as I felt as I didn't need and now the extension. How can I remove the extension of Smart Printing button 1.0 on the list of Firefox extensions in the current situation?

• Good unit test for HP Smart Printing

  When trying to print http://models2014.webs.upv.es/schedule.htm without smart printing, a single table shows, and all other pages are empty.

  Smart printing but also has problems with this page, not being able to print a part of the text below the second table.

  With some difficulty, you can select all the text, but it prints up on 'Session 9' and leaves two pages empty.

  While I recognize that this Web page is built quite strangely (absolute positioning of points throughout the page), I think it may be a good test for the team Smart Printing scenario.

  In case it's relevant: Smart Print v2.6, IE 11, W7x64.

  I understand that you have this page as a test case, and I appreciated that!  I wonder if you have tried to use Google Chrome HP Smart printing on this page?  Technically, HP Smart printing is compatible only with IE 9 and 10 and Google Chrome - chrome is the browser for the support in the future (at least this is what I've heard).  I was wondering if you get better results using Chrome.  Just a thought.

  You're right, it seems that they removed as well as the link.

  After some additional research I also found this document; HP Printing Products - HP Smart Web Printing Software replaced by HP Smart print.

  It will guide you through uninstalling the old HP Smart Web Printing Software and has a new link to download HP Smart printing.

  If I understand correctly, HP Smart printing does not work on ie 11. Is it true.  It is difficult for me to believe that HP which is far behind with its updates. Just want to confirm it.

  Hello

  The HP Smart Web Printing application is not compatible with IE 11, the latest version of the HP Smart Print software do however compatible with the browser.

  Download HP Smart printing from following link:

  Once you're done open Internet Explorer and do not forget to activate the extension of browser if an alert appears at the bottom of the screen.

  Click the HP Smart print icon in the command bar and confirm to install its last update.

  Note: If you do not see the icon click the ALT key in internet explorer, and then click View > toolbars and make sure that the command bar is displayed.

• Smart printing

  I've installed Smart Print on my Windows laptop. When I click the icon print smart, it evokes a nice area for printing with formatting of grand and everything.  But when I go to print it is overlapping text and it does not the nice area print own it appears on my screen.  How can I fix so that the area that displays actually prints this displayed?

  Thank you.  This was helpful, but there was an update for HP / yesterday who took care of the issue and it works fine now.  I use Explorer 11.

I have, click on the activate button & followed the instructions, but when he was told to select an option, the only option he had to take off, so I didn't check anything.   Seriously?  You made that Smart Print for work with Internet Explorer?  After learning and download Smart Print, I couldn't understand why I couldn't find the icon to use.  After reviewing the support, I learned that it only works with IE.  Who uses IE more?  I use Chrome and usually use Firefox.  I don't know anyone who likes or using IE.  Can't make you this program work with Chrome?

  I got something with my new ink cartridge, talk to me about HP Smart printing.  I went to the web site

  HP.com/go/SmartPrint/offers.  I downloaded the software.  It installed and put a notification in my

  taskbar.  I had to download Bing Bar, because I didn't do it.  Have downloaded correctly.  But when I click on the

  HP Smart print button will choose a portion to print fine but don't give me a place to change or cancel or print.

  Then I read something that told me to uninstall and then reinstall.  I uninstalled but the button on the

  taskbar has not disappeared.  When I try to reinstall it tells me that the program is already installed.  BUT

  It is not in my list of all programs.  HELP please.  Either way, I'm under Internet Explorer 10.

• HP Smart Print 2.1 and IE10 does not

  Currently have Windows 7 (x 64) SP1 home edition.  Recently updated IE9, IE10 for Windows 7 (without contact).  My HP Smart Print 2.1 worked perfectly in IE9.  It stop working when I upgraded to IE10.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times HP Smart Print 2.1.

  In IE10, I get more HP Smart Print 2.1 control unit features after you have clicked the button of 2.1 to start HP Smart printing.  All I get is a transparent screen as if it tries to start, but not of buttons to use the program.  Anyone else having issues with IE10 and is there a solution to solve the problem?

  HPSPSetup.msi puts a little button in the toolbar small where the buttons home and printing, security and tools Page.  I spent ages writing an update self critical, but lost that when I wanted to prove Smart Print worked when I pressed this button.

  After installing HP Smart print, icon does not appear in the command bar in the Internet Explorer browser. It appears only when I transfer a message outlook for the Internet Explorer browser. Plese help.

  I found out that HP Smart printing is not compatible with IE (64 bit) so my problem was solved by using IE (256).
