I could use some help understanding, if there is everything I need to look at and to get rid of. any help would be appreciated.

  I have a report of EtreCheck, I'll have a bit of trouble understanding... in particular the sections "failures" or "not responsible"... my suspicion is it's the bits of third still floating out there.
