• Cannot paste the html link in the edit box of html for ebay using 24.0 FF on Kubuntu 12.04 - the destination of the link is displayed instead.

  In chrome and rekonq under Kubuntu 12.04, in all browsers including FF 24.0 under Windows 7 64 bit, ebay html editor (accessible by clicking on the 'HTML' tab next to the 'Standard' tab in the "Add a description" section of the "Edit registration" page) works as expected. For example paste a HTML from photobucket link to an image fits the link text in the editor. With FF 24.0 under Kubuntu 12.04 image is displayed, i.e. the link is followed.

  Paste the link into the Standard editor works as expected: the image appears in the wysiwg editor and go to the shows html editor html link was added.

  Editing in the html editor works as it should, pasted from an external source links are followed instead of being stuck in.

  Correction: this is not a problem with FF. Links pasted from another tab in the same instance of FF behave correctly. The problem is caused by pasting links from an external source. I don't see why links from external sources stick properly in other browsers, but of a life too short to investigate that.

  If your PDF file stores as a static file in image workspace (WORKSPACE_IMAGES) or app (APP_IMAGES) images and then use code page attributes.

  I know that these can redirect:

  and upward

  but now I see a slash of departure and a page?

  MyPage.php

  or

  ./MyPage.php

  instead of just = mypage.php

  Q: Why use leave. / or / instead of just the page?

  ... but now that I've heard if there is that php on the page - then you better * NOT * use a closing tag?

  The starting slash means "site root relative" which tells the browser to add the root of the site before the link, so...

  ... becomes...

  h t t p :// www.domain.com/somelink.html (spaces added to http keep the forum to turn it into a link)

  Not sure the php thing, always heard say that as you "can" omit it.

  I want to 'LEVEL' column link to different pages. Once I click on "STUDENT"-> page 1, "PROFESSOR"-> page 2, "ADMIN"-> page 3.

  For example, when I click on the first line of "STUDENT", then I jump to page 1. And when I click on the second row 'TEACHER', jump to page 2.

  I don't know if I clearly expresses, but I need your help!

  A less obvious but simple way to do this is to specify the alias page for pages 1, 2 and 3 as a STUDENT, TEACHER and ADMINISTRATOR respectively. Then set the link Page column property to the #LEVEL # column string substitution to pick up the LEVEL of report column page alias. This approach has a better separation of concerns because it eliminates the generation of HTML code of the application and in this case even does not require the addition of any column in the report. (And I strongly recommend that you do not level use as is an Oracle reserved word as an identifier.)

I removed a button in the navigation bar on the template and the changes carried forward on the Index but now the child page links are broken.   Looks like your path of the link contains an additional subfolder.  Note the link on the page AboutUs.html.

  Location of the file on the server:

  Link on the navigation bar contains an additional folder:

  http://www.cowboychurchij.org/ AboutUs / AboutUs / AboutUs.html

  If resolve you paths to the correct file locations in your Template.dwt it should work.

  Do not forget to save model, populate the changes made to the child pages and download all the pages of the child to the server.

  If you plan direct the visitor to internal link muse you can simply enter the name of specific internal page. for example 'contact.html'

  Here are the steps to find the name of the exact page that muse will create when publishing site.

  1. go in the Plan view.

  2. right click on the page you want to link and select Page Properties.

  3. go to the tab options and check the name of the file.

  In the case of the attached screenshot I will be filling Untitled - 3.html in the section "links" button.

  Hello

  Is it possible to create a HTML link from a button or a text in an article that invokes the subscription popup box buy?

  On the home page for the viewer which shows the individual issues, you can click to purchase a number, or click on a banner at the top to buy a subscription.

  Once this is clicked a pop-up box will appear which indicates different price levels.

  Is there anyway to start the purchase of subscription in an article?

  If you have a business account, you can use a link ww.gotoStore to open the store HTML that is associated with a Store named custom nav bar button. If you have a Pro account, I'm not aware of a way to view subscription options. You can create a button that opens the library if that helps.

• Link on the page does not work

  I can't get a link on my page to work.  http://jeannettedutton.com/MLVC/   The image of UPCOMING EVENTS (under the sign of Lobby hours) will not link to the page.  I am sure that the problem lies in the rotating image code, but I don't know why.  Help!  I can't understand it.

  I imagine me, that you have a html text and you want to have a hyperlink to another page in your application.

  For example, you have a text like: "I want to create a hyperlink to a page.

  Now, if your mouse passes the word 'hyperlink', you want to see this magic 'hand '.

  First copy the URL of the target page: something like this-> "http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f? ' p = 100:2:3122716493255005:NO:

  I noticed, in a site, I work, when I clicked on a link it affected all the other links on this page, that is, marked them as visited. I thought it must have been my own css incompetent in writing in order to test this situation, I went back to the bare bones by creating a new page from a template, Dreamweaver, was not the css in the first place, made links in 4 different divs and previewed it. When I clicked on a link in the header, it showed all of them as having been opened. I've tested this more further by creating a simple style, change the link and visited color in the mainContent only div. Once again, when you preview, the mainContent link changed color when I clicked on a link in the header.

  I try to have 3 different coloured links on my page, I tried to create a pseudo-class, but it does not work, can anyone help?

• HTML linking Flash framework and function

  Hello world

  I have a FLVplayer that has several movies link to it. There are also categories of films that can change without disrupting the previous video to play. It will be on the 'portfolio' of my site page. Then, I want to have links on the home page to play some videos.

  How can I set up a HTML link to a SWF on a different HTML page, linking to a certain group (category) and load the correct video in the FLVplayer?

  I read about the flashvars, but I'm not sure if they can load inside the swf pieces (ie the video).

  IM using as3.

  Is there an easy way to do this?

  Basically, you pass a FlashVar to the SWF and then have the ACE load the bits based on the variables passed.

  Thus, the link might look like: "http://www.mysite.com/flashpage.html?v=/videos/myVideo.flv."

  the variable 'v' would get caught by the HTML code and passed as a FlashVar to the SWF object.

  Then, in the code, something like this:

• Links with SWFs page

  I'm trying to create a link to the page using a swf file embedded in my html page. It doesn't seem to be a way to define when a swf file is selected in the properties panel. I just changed from Golive to Dreamweaver and GL, a swf file has been correlated to like other embedded gif or jpeg. Friend I missed something here?

  It works like that just because you have not learned how to use the tool
  correctly in DW.

  A layer is a layer. Give the GL and DW you the option to use. DW will
  allow you to apply a layer to a flash file, put a transparent GIF in the
  layer and apply a link to the image. And it will allow you to change the
  ondoubleclick onclick event.

  But - to make this work, you will need to prevent the Flash to rise to the top
  the layer using the wmode parameter.

  All active content on a page will always come to the top, so to speak,
  including Flash, some elements of form, Java applets and controls Active X.
  This means that each one will push through the layers. It is not a good
  Cross-browser/platform reliable way to solve this problem, but if you can be
  confident in your visitors using IE 5 + or NN6 +, you can then use the Flash
  setting wmode (However, Safari does not support this correctly!).

• How to create an active link in the Pages?

  I use Pages 5.6.2. I type a paper and try to include active links in the text (for example, 'the Church', which would take the player to a certain image/site).   I understand you are trying to add links to your Pages document, but they are default Apple.com. I know it's nice to enrich your documents in this way, so I'm happy to help you.

  Because your links go to Apple.com, by default, looks like you can not be remove the sample text in the box when you prompt for what URL you want the link to train. This page provides more details on the use of this feature:

  Turn text into a link

  You can use a word or an expression as a link without displaying the URL or e-mail address in your document.

  1. Select the text, click on inserer insert in the toolbar, and then choose Add a link.

     The window opens with the selected text in the display area.

  3. Click open to check the link.
