• Migration of the old folios DPS - HTML resources

  Hello

  IM migrating some old folios of DPSuite to DPSolution and may not know how to use the HTMLResources zip.

  The zip contained some PDF documents that I need to make a link to folios.

  Ive searched and read some threads (here and here) - on the one hand, it seems that HTMLResources have not been implemented in DPSol, but then someone mentions an API, which, to be honest, it is a bit over my head.

  If - is simple (easy) way to use HTMLResources in DPSol when I update my old folios anyway?

  We migrate automatically HTML resources in old sheets above the new DPS system. If you migrate any content that you do have to do something special: the links will still work after the migration.

  Are there plans to implement HTML resources in 2015 DPS?

  The new PDF to the DPS conversion tool is great and does a great job - but has still some hiccups, however, it will not work for our scenario.

  We need embedded content will be opened in a window in the application, allow us to explore the content, then close and be right we were at the breast of the app. As an article, we cannot replicate this experience. We could reproduce the experience by hosting PDF files online, however, since it is files owners requiring a secure view connection, hosting the files online PDF isn't a viable option either.

  Being able to reach external documents such as content integrated into the app, it's a basic feature that is currently missing which is cruelly in 2015 from DPS.

  Are there plans to implement this?

  Why can't replicate with a file .article? If you use a navto link to go to the .article is just your PDF, it will, indeed, open it in its own window, and when you close it, you to where you were. 'Close' action is the back button in the UI instead of close, but it's the same exact hierarchy.

In Blogger, if I try to reply to a comment, I get a new window into the comments box that contains a new iteration of my Blogger template that I can't use. In Drupal 7, there are at least two modules that do not work correctly: the CKEditor GUI does not work and the filter of the Module does not work correctly. There is no error message, and the two modules work fine on IE and Chrome.
  There is nothing on the web that suggests or either of these Web sites is to have this kind of problems.

  Thank you for your question, I understand that this is happening on two sites. If this is not the case on other people's computers please try a restart of Firefox.
  The reset Firefox feature can solve a lot of problems in restaurant Firefox to its factory default condition while saving your vital information.
  
  Note: This will make you lose all the Extensions and preferences.

  • Sites Web open is not recorded in less than 25 versions of Firefox.

  To reset Firefox, perform the following steps:

  For Firefox versions prior to 29,0:

  1. Go to Firefox > help > troubleshooting information.
  2. Click on the "Reset Firefox" line

     

     button.

  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is finished, it will display a window with the imported information. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox opens with all the default settings applied.

  For Firefox 29,0 and above:

  1. Click the menu button

     

     click Help

     

     and select troubleshooting information. Now, should open a new tab containing your troubleshooting information.

  2. At the top right of the page, you should see a button that says "Reset Firefox"

     

     . Click on it.

  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is finished, it will display a window with the imported information. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox opens with all the default settings applied.

• Reinstall windows 7 new problem hard drive

  I had a hard drive fail on my hp mini 110-1110sa. I bought reinstall Windows 7 hp discs and installed a new hard drive (tested fine in diagnostics).

  I plugged an external dvd drive via usb. The installation program starts (with the help of reinstall dvd) then arrives at a point where it displays the following:

  Date: 2009-04-01

  For Win 7

  Any ideas? Normally reinstalls them works fine for me but it is a new problem.

  HP UK kindly agreed to collect and fix my HP mini computer for free, even if it is out of warranty.

  Also said something to not admit fault (not the words but you get the idea).

  Now have HP mini back - top of page in the end customer service.

  In my Air application, I use QNXStageWebView to make a help section. So I'm used to my pages help form in my folder bar; in order to open with the QNXStageWebView component.

  It works well before the OS PlayBook last updated. I store my HTML pages:

• New release of Edge for IE11 difficulty causing new problem

  I'm having a problem with mousenter and mouseleave. I think it has something to do with the opacity, but I'm not sure. Because of the IE 11 problem, I downloaded the latest version of adobe edge and re-released. When I downloaded the new files it solved the problem, and now I saw the edge files in IE 11. Now, I have a new problem. For some reason when I updated my files they stopped working properly.

  Now I looked in all sorts of reasons, it may not operate correctly and have found no solution. Has anyone else had problems. This effects all THE BROWSERS not only IE11.

  In fact, I solved the problem. For some reason when I did the update to resolve the problem of IE11 all grouped items use opacity on mouseleave stationary or mousenter were treated as a single element and would be broken. So I had to separate the elements and create each individual transition effect and it solved the problem. Not sure why this happened or if it was a bug, but it was the work around me.

• Folio page layouts - import html resources

  Newbie question... I can't get the folio to recognize and create two vertical patterns and horizontal in our paper... only the vertical arrangement is recognized.  I use inDesign and have created and modified the other layouts but I can't seem to understand this...

  Is there a more documentation/tutorials on the "import html resources.

  I try to import a javascript/html code that contains educational activities, but the function "insert html" in indesign does not allow me to insert the entire code (it's too big)...

  Looks like you're confusing HTML articles with HTML resources. Resources HTML is primarily a way to share images and assets among various articles. Searching for information on importing HTML articles.

  We have a resources HTML pdf file which works fine in iOS7, but the inline browser comes in white with launched in iOS8. We tested with a folio 31 and a folio 27 iOS8.

  It is a known issue, it will be addressed in our version v32 expected in a little less than a week.

  Note that if either of you use the Nightlies of 64-bit, then they were broken off at the last moment, as was the last generation used from January 9. Win64 nocturnal compilations are not officially supported (as the Win32 are) so it may take a while to bring even more stable.

  Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox.

  If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  and OK reboot.

  Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

  Any difference?
