  When he gets some thing that you don't like, Ctrl + Z is CANCEL and you can make several steps until you get back to where you want to be. Or what Richard says, go to the folder where your project is saved and he should be a backup folder automatically at least 5 previous versions of the project. Open each until you see what you want, then register under and save a new copy outside the automatic backup folder so that it not crushed!
