  My hotmail account has been blocked for 3-4 days. I have tried everything to get this unlocked, but without success. I even created a new account to see if I could get the code to this address. Once again, without success. Whenever I have completed the questionnaire asking Details of name, date of birth, secret question, object of the last email, addresses of recipients etc, but whenever I click on submit, the same screen appears asking once again the same details.

  My account * address email is removed from the privacy *, was first blocked and my current reset password email I had is more access to, and that way I didn't have no other form of reset my password, I decided to use the Windows Validation Page which confirms me the owner of the account and then later sent me a password reset link.

  I followed the instructions on the link that led me to reset my password, but when I tried to log into my account by using the new password it says that it was locked due to several attempts to connect even though I had not logged at all because my account has been blocked.

  I tried everything suggested in the sign of problems, but none of them worked. I also tried to shut down my computer and turn it back on and then connect, but again he told me that I locked.
