  This is a public forum, you don't talk to anyone who works for Microsoft, quite ordinary people who enjoy helping others with their respective problems. You should not include any e-mail address or the password (they obviously have been removed for security reasons) in any forum. Imagine the headache that you could have caused if your details had not been withdrawn? You included your e-mail address and the password that would allow anyone who has access to these forums to hack your account. Anyone could also change your password, making it impossible for you to access your account.

• I had to reload LR6, it began in trail mode, after the trial is over I entered my product ID, but I don't always have access to the develop module.

  Anyone (including you) can download a trial version of PSE11 at any time from the Adobe website and install it immediately.

  On my desk, I have the old menu system that I prefer no doubt because everything is in English and easy to see and search. For example, on the menu desktop there a Tools option where I can quickly erase my history and cache.

  But on my laptop, it's the new paradigm where several menu commands are hidden and difficult to find, therefore, I do not like this new design. I don't understand why Firefox made this change, when the old system was much better and more effective.

  Is there a way I can get the old system menu back on my laptop?

  1. I'm not running XP, I use Win 7 on both systems.

  2. nothing happened when I pressed the ALT key, the menu bar does not show upward and I'm frustrated. However, I kept trying, hold the ALT key and finally he appeared. I then checked the menu bar, and it seems as if it worked.

My problem is that after having downloaded the new Firefox 4, I can not find Firefox (menu) button that is supposed to include all of the options menu (file, publishing, display,... and help). I would like to have the new Firefox (general menu button) instead of all these old version next to the other menu items.

  Hi, Ahmed.
  Go to the view menu, choose "Toolbars", find the "Menu bar" option and click on it to uncheck it. This will give you the new menu button all-in-one.
  (Note: this only works on Windows).
