  I can understand your concern, but Acrobat Pro DC is not compatible with Windows Vista.

  Please check the system requirements in this KB doc. system requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC & if possible then please upgrade your operating system, or you can download Acrobat Pro DC on any compatible system & serialize using your Adobe ID

  You can allow the software in trial version with your Adobe ID and activate the software.
  The subscription is linked to your Adobe ID
