I am trying to cancel my subscription, but it keeps telling me to contact customer service which brings me to this forum. I followed the links, but then I end up where I started. Why cant I just click Cancel?

  Click Start, click 'All programs', please find and open the folder "Accessories".

  (B) Please, right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator".

  (C) enter the following command in the window line come.

  • Note: There is a space between "Administrator" and "/ active: yes".
  • 4. close the session and log on to the administrator account and then try to install.

  Also try to disable UAC:
