you have to watch where the contact data is stored. IIRC, its a sql lite DB in this tutorial.

you would need a class or a function that can read and write to the database sql lite to add to the list.

It sounds like a corruption of the font on your system, or possibly the preference for your fonts to display code has been changed in your DW preferences.

Go in Edition > Preferences > fonts and check the Code view police. DW normally, use Source Code Pro. If you have something else selected, change it back and see if that fixes things for you. If you have Source Code Pro selected, it would appear that the police has gone wrong.
