  You said first Elements 10. First 10 Elements is affected by a problem serious display known if the computer uses an NVIDIA GeForce video/graphics card card. In this issue, the only cure is to roll back the version of the driver about may 2013. The description of the problem and how to make the rear roller are described in one of the messages at the top of this forum. What video/graphics card your computer use?

  On another front, Adobe will release a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. Not one, but Adobe knows the function defined for the new version. This type of information is announced at the time of the release of the new version.

  So the solution to the problem you presented in this thread could have been...

  1 roll back the version of the NVIDIA GeForce driver for all may 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, maybe not possible)

  2. move to a different version of Premiere Elements (which you did)

  I offer the foregoing for consideration so that you can review your decisions. We are pleased to learn that the first items 12/12.1 works for you.

• What should I do when my updates fail to configure? I can't even open a file that contains pictures in it unless it closes.

  Hello, I can't tell clients and/or manuals if the WAV files are supported and can play on my new Clip +. I load a wav file, but I can't seem to play. I went to the folder view and tried to play, but nothing happened. Is picked up, and, if so, do I have to follow a specific convention to name the file?

  I know it is a great MP3 player, but I have a specific need to play WAV files.  We strive to save a band on a small portable recorder (Zoom H2) and I would like to insert the card in the Clip + to leave the band and others hear recording (rather than reading on the Zoom - it wears the batteries).  We would use a micro SDHC with adapter for Zoom.  We will not have a laptop to help and there is no stereo system to play something on - for those who are not options.

  Any advice would be much appreciated.  It's our very first MP3 player, and pilot error is very likely.

  You can use the cleanup tool to remove the creative cloud & then try version prior to using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Looks like your Windows file associations have to dispose. This means that XP doesn't know what to do with files by looking at the file extension (.exe for executables)., .doc for MS documents, etc.  When you run Internet Explorer, it's a little different, that's why IE usually still works fine...

  If you don't have it you, something done for you - most likely malware.

  If you see a screen of first instance, click on "buy this software." I forgot if you sign with your Adobe ID and password before or after, but it will give you a serial number option. Here, you will see a button, "I have a serial number" or a screen where you enter your serial number.

  Once accepted, your software will return to his ' a state license.

  I found a solution... use Google Chrome, not Internet Explorer and go to the Adobe web site. Search for Flash Player.  Install the Flash Player from here.  I can now open portfolios very well!

Firefox displays gooblygook, even if the name of file is an html element, the Notepad of Windows crashes, MS Excel does not recognize the file type. MS Word also displays goobblys when the file has no file extension.

  If you use the file printing, then you will get a file that is supposed to be sent to a printer, and this file has any sort of code formatting for this printer.

  Open such a file in Firefox or a text editor can only work if you use one printer for text to print the file to, then make sure that such a printer is installed and selected.

  I have a PC where 'C' is located in a slot, with direct access from the outside of the box.
  My documents and so on are on a separate 'E' drive, located inside the PC.
  With such a structure, I can change my OS (when the PC is turned off), but I still have access to my documents.
  Records of webdesign and removing one located on the second disc of 'E '.

  I followed your recommendation, copied the folder to the local site for which I had discovered that I could record is no longer the file changed on the desktop.
  After that, I changed the name of the folder and set up a new site for this new folder name.
  I opened the html file to which I had detected the problem, because the change that was expected and could save without any problems!

  I got confirmation that the problem with DW CC 2014 was due to "security settings" on the way to my site on this disk 'E '. Apparently, the phenomenon was linked either to the updates to DW CC and the new version of DW CC 2014 that were installed at the same time, when I discovered the problem. Or maybe the 'E' behaviour changed in conjunction with a updated Microsoft security.
  Indeed, unlike the usual situation, where I have to many updates of the site after the end of may, the 15^e edition of this oldtimer rally scheduled to be held in 2014 could not take place and was reported until 2015. Because of this situation the last update of the site was made April 12, so I could not detect earlier the difficulty of saving files.

  I changed the security settings for 'E' and now I can save once again as much experience in the past.
