  Click on the round of Windows (start) > all programs > Accessories and make Windows Explorer right click > properties > Shortcut tab and change the target location box to where you want to open, for example in your case the drive C. type (or change) the c:\ %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe next (note the space) then apply, OK, etc..   You can hide the menu bar in Firefox 3.6 on Windows, on "view > toolbars" or via the contextual right click menu on a toolbar.
  Press in and hold the Alt key to display the menu bar.

  Thank you for your message.  If you want to withdraw your option set to the option "Turn off computer", you can make the following registry edit.

  Click Start > click Run > type regedit and press "Enter."

  Navigate to:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ACPI\Parameters.

  Right-click in the empty space in the right pane and select new | DWORD value.

  Attribute value name

  Then, double-click attributes

  Make sure hexadecimal is selected by breaking 70

  Click OK, close the registry editor and restart.

  Now when you choose to stop the computer in the start menu in XP, you will not be able to choose the day before by accident.

  You can disable the libraries in Windows 7. Please visit the following link:

  It is not possible to delete libraries. Libraries are part of both Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating system.  You can still navigate through your files on the computer--> C :\-> users-> .

  Additional information: there are 2 computers that I use on the first Gallery Photo of Windows will open the image and allow me to use the left and right buttons to scroll through the rest of the photos in the folder, that's what I want.

  On the 2nd computer when I open an image it will open the Windows Photo Gallery in an index with thumbnails of the displayed record.  How can I change so that it opens the same thing as the first computer?

  I did the following on both computers; Right-click on the image and select open with...--> choose the default program--> go--> Program Files, Windows Photo Gallery, but it will be open always differently on computer 2.

  Both computers use Windows Vista 32-bit.

  This would happen if the file associations are corrupted on the computer, try method to set Photo Gallery Windows as the default program for opening files jpeg or png below image types.

  (a) open default programs by clicking the Start button, click default programs.

  (b) click on associate a type of file or Protocol with a program

  (c) in the following list of file protocol search jpeg and make sure that you have associated with the program that uses it and then check if it works.
