  Thanks but I tried several times, I go through all the steps & I think I have then at the end any communication with the printer. I tried to disable the firewall I have many problem withis hours invested. Past hoours on the phone with HP with a person that I could hardly understand to add to the problem. Time on the phone with McaFee & Linksys everyone. I have a hp Pavilion dv7-6b78us computer laptop that I am trying to connect my printer Hp Officejet Pro 8500 A 910.
