  Looks like the Navigation bar is what you have now. What happens when you press the Alt key? You see the Menu bar, at least temporarily until you press another button or click a mouse button. When this Menu bar is displayed, press the V button to open the view menu, and then move the slider on the toolbar and click on the menu bar menu item. The Menu bar should then stay open all the time and you won't need to deal with the orange Firefox button.

  You may not be able to find the 3D features or tools because you have the standard version of Photoshop. That Photoshop Extended version contains functions and 3D tools.   A second re - install makes the Forget button appear.

  For Mac:

  1. Download the Installer (DMG file).

  3. Open the DMG file and pass the Firefox DMG file in your Applications folder. Your personal and such settings will always be there after installation is complete.
  4. Open Firefox again. Now, just follow the steps listed here here and you will find the Forget button where it should have all along.
