I can't get Acrobat Pro DC to open.

I tried to uninstall all Adobe products, but still show shadows of Acrobat, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash Pro CC 2014? I can't uninstall these versions. I can reinstall everything except Acrobat Pro DC. I am a subscriber of the creative team Cloud.

Hi Houston1865,

Could if it you please let me know the version of the OS on your system?

If you have windows, try running this cleanup tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the system and the installation of acrobat pro DC from this link: download and install Acrobat DC subscription

Let me know if it helps.
