I can't in internet options because my toolbar disappeared and IE8 disabled somehow my menu bar, download, I need a way to get and activate everything.

I can't remove IE8 because I get an error message, and I saw earlier when I tried some things there that a lot of things has been disabled. I need to get somehow and all reactivate. In Control Panel internet options have even disappeared. He wouldn't let me do a screenshot to show anything or the other.

    It's good information, but I don't have any really good ideas for the moment.

    I think that Spyware Doctor™ can be 'protect' your system as it wants to prevent the malware to change your Internet Options, so it may well be that prevents you from changing them yourself.  Do you know how to disable it temporarily?

    There is a lot of discussion in the message boards, but I don't think I can read all and I not install Spyware Doctor to figure out - maybe someone who has used it will know the secret.

    You can start your system in Mode safe and I think Spyware Doctor will keep and some of these other things loading at startup of XP.

    Once started in Safe Mode, see if your Internet Options behave.

    If it works better in Mode safe, one of your many programs third-party is probably the problem and you can understand and then decide what to do about it.

    Here is a workaround to open Internet Options.
    Click Start and type inetcpl.cpl in the race and press ENTER.

    Right-click on an empty space on a toolbar, and you will get the Customize option. You will get a pane with icons that can be dragged the toolbar. The tabs list icon is the one I think you have dragged. You can also use the reset option [restore default set]

    My FF update itself today. Only, I my address bar and have gotten back my Roboform toolbar. I can open them from the bookmark icon, but I want to add the toolbar that allows me to open my favorites here and I can not even find the drop-down menu that allows me to see what toolbars are active.     Or if your tab bar is so full that there is no empty space, you can:

    • Click the "+" button on the tab bar
    • Press the Alt key to display the classic menu bar: View menu > toolbars
    • button '3-bar' menu > customize > show/hide toolbars

  • can't empty the Trash because of locked elements and certain permissions

    I want to well to empty the trash, but am getting blocked by two numbers, starting with:

    (1) ''there are some elements locked in the trash. " Do you want to remove all items, including those locked or just unlocked items? »

    Unlike previous messages or suggestions on the support Forum, this text box does not actually identify the locked objects, not their names, places or anything like that. Similarly, when I press Option with Secure Empty Trash, it scatters only my Finder window such that I can not select anything.

    I have browsed through the trash looking for ASCII files or other weird characters and have removed these (created a new folder on the desktop), but this has not changed anything.  When I try to Secure Empty Trash again, the same note appears.

    I tried the two options offered by this text box ('Remove all items' or 'Remove Unocked items'), but regardless of my choice, the following text is displayed:

    (2) the operation cannot be performed because you have not granted access to some of the elements. »

    I guess that brings me to permissions, but given that the article "troubleshooting permissions in Mac OS X - Apple support issues" has been archived and is no longer updated by Apple (from Jan 2016), I'm hoping to get information updated here.

  • New user: I can't find the option to zoom (to try and synchronize the titles/sources audio wav in a heartbeat)

    Hi guys.  I LIKE the speed/quality of rendering single videos etc but I manage 3 sources audio/video synchronization issues.  Basically I have a Nikon D7000 and an Iphone taking the two angles of playing me the guitar.  I want to synchronize all of them to an audio clap or of a click, but I can't seem to find the zoom option where I can get in full on the wav files to match the heights of the clap.  I have also a problem with the video clips I am drag seem to block magnetically to other clips or wherever reading my marker is.  I want the pliers to freely drag and drop (and tiny increments) and does not lock in any interval of time etc..

    I also want to find the mute button for some tracks.  There seems to be some really basic stuff, but I can't seem to find anything obvious to zoom, drag and get my synchronized calendar.

    It took me a long time to synchronize my audio on a corner of the iphone for this clip:

    My D7000 is a MUCH better picture, but who juggles, my corner of iphone and audio that is recorded by my DAW is a fight.  Advice would be appreciated!

    Under the Tools menu is a "Audio Mixer" with a mute box.

    You have clicked on full screen. Hold the cursor at the top and drag it to the right along the toolbar and click on the restore button which is the button (enlarge/restore down) between narrow it down and close.

    I don't know how it happened.   When I opened my task manager, it looks like I'm on the process, but there are no tabs or items of menu at the top to switch to something else.   How can I get that back.

    Double-click inside its borders to return to normal Mode.

    The toolbar on my Photoshop elements 12 moved I can't see all of the available tools. I don't know how to move the toolbar, so I see all the tools - does anyone know how to do this?

    I could reset 12 PES preferences and see if that solves the problem.

    In the editor of PES 12 go to Edit > Preferences > General, click reset preferences on the next launch and then restart Publisher pse 12.

    I have a big screen and I put high resolution. This makes it very small. I bring it to the top with no squint, but it does not work on the superior/tool menu bar/control/tabs or their menus, leaving me squinting again scrolling. There must be no feature squint for this area of the browser
