  Hi Michelle.  I thought about it. To install the program, go the downloaded zip [Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Download)] folder, then open the "64 bit", then double-click on the "PhotoshopElements_13_LS25_win64" application  Who will run the program.  I hope this helps.  David

  If you try to run a zipped file, unzip the file before trying.

  If you have a serial number valid and then try to download or install the software directly from the Adobe web site and use your serial number to activate it.

  Yes, you can install on the same machine number as many times as you want. There is no upper limit on this.

  The only limitation is in terms of activations, you can not run PES on more than two machines at the same time.
