I can't receive attachments from a specific sender in Outlook Express.
I use Outlook Express. Spare crossed for everyone except a specific contact. My colleague, however, can get the attachment if sent by email to us two. What could be the problem?
It's weird. Especially if you still have other parts. Make sure that under Tools | Options | Security (in OE) that you have not configured to block attachments and also make sure that you don't have some sort of interference antivirus or anti-spam (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) - which would block the attachment.
Otherwise, click file | Identities and together a new identity and then add your email account it and then see if this identity, you get messages with attachments. If it works fine, then go to file | Import | Messages and import them from the old identity.

Can not receive messages from premium on Android 6.0 content

So I have the compact Xperia Z5 (E5823).
I had all sorts of questions initially not be able to send messages to short codes. This problem has since been corrected, but I can't receive messages from short codes.
For example, I'm trying to put my phone for mobile banking services and to verify my details, that the Bank must send me a code to my phone number. It is in the form of a text Message from a number of shortcode.
I can not receive this message, I have been in contact with my provider and they can confirm that the messages were sent to my number but think I can't receive them because the phone is somehow blocking messages from premium content.
But because it is Android 6.0 there is no place to go in the settings of applications to enable this option.
How can I fix it? Why is this happening?
The problem seems to have fixed itself.
I uninstalled all applications, messaging and the Bank and got my provider application to reset my email at the level of the network service.
reinstalled e-mail and banking and now I can receive messages from short code.
Annoying, but at least all worked in the end.

If you have only a @icloud e-mail address, you will need to call Apple Support and ask your password reset e-mail be sent to an alternate email address.

I want to have a specific sender blocked send me emails. I don't want these emails just to spam. I want the sender to get them bounced. I don't want to see them & I want that the sender is denied access to my email.
I use Windows Live Mail/Vista. I have the sender to the block list (security options), but still gets it thru, via junk mail.
The internet needs a list do not call (Send).
You can block with the message rules. Since you are using Windows Live Mail and no Vista Windows Mail, please request here for instructions.

Go into your account settings and change SMTP SMTP. (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
