  It was reported many problems with older versions of PSE and WIN10.

  The error you see on the SIM not supported is indicative of the device being locked to another carrier SIM card that you provide to. I suggest you check that with your friend and see if this device has been locked to another carrier. Could be called Apple, but all they could do was tell you what carrier of the device is locked to Apple do not unlock phones. Once find you the carrier, you need to contact and see if provide unlocking services, and if they do, see if you qualify to unlock. Once again, your best first call is to the friend you bought it from.

  Try the following steps.

  a. first, remove the program from startup so that it does not start automatically more.

  b. start Task Scheduler by going to start / all programs/Accessories/System Tools / Task Scheduler.

• I can't version sets record in the stack!

  I have been using Photoshop Elements 5.0.  I had been editing my photos and rerecord

  as an established version.  After about making 6 pictures, all of a sudden

  they do not save in version... stacked on top.  The amended version seems to save in another

  file, but not in my organizer.  I didn't that I changed anything.

  I use windows XP and is checked as to save it as version and I get all the other screens describing what defined a version is, but is not in the Organizer, when I get back.

  In the Organizer in PSE 5, go to the file menu, select catalog, then select recover.

  First, in PSE14, the default value in the navigation area is displayed in mode 'adaptive grid. The navigation area is filled with images without text. You can switch to view "detailed" with the shortcut Ctrl + D. Allows you to see small icons for version sets, fireplaces, and albums. This mode also allows you to collapse or fold out versions or the batteries.

  The second thing to keep in mind is that in the Organizer, the only way to create games 'version' to select this option when you have recorded a version. If you save a Variant without this option, it is too late for the set of the version. The solution is to 'stack' of the original version and edited together.
