  No sorry... you should watch in turn on the led flash... This works when your phone is locked, and when you get a notification it flashes... settings - accessibility - led flash for alerts - suite.

  Open the wireless Assistant. It should tell you where the device is disabled since. You can re-enable directly from wireless assistant or you need to go to Device Manager and activate the device from there.
