I can't uninstall all my apps CC, and I don't know what to do.
I have uninstall CC because it does not work properly. I reinstall and it shows that none of my applications are installed. When I go to programs and features, they appear as installed. I try to uninstall a specific program of CC and I get an error message saying either restart the computer, close all applications and try again or just try again. I tried all three of these options and none of them work. I tried to search online and nothing comes up. Please help me because I really want to get this sorted out!
