I continue to have my Adobe Acrobat DC fail 35%. I tried other suggestions here, but none have worked. I have a screenshot of what it gives me an error.

Found a work around. Connection via your web browser in Adobe where you can see your Adobe ID and all your purchase history, management of the app etc. Click on your name in the upper-right corner and a pop-up box emerges. Click on "Desktop" under Document Cloud Apps. This will bring you to the Cloud of Acrobat Pro DC and here version in a blue box, you have the option to download the program directly to your PC/Mac outside the installer of creative cloud. This worked perfectly for me. Hope it will work for you also. No serial numbers required as it auto does not detect your Adobe ID account. Kind regards.
