  Thanks for stopping by the communities Support from Apple! Looks like the Snapchat app on your iPhone 6 is grayed out, despite trying to restart, backup, synchronize your device and delete the app. I'll be more than happy to offer some suggestions to solve this problem.

  To start, go to settings > general > storage & use of iCloud. From there, press "Manage storage" under "Storage". You should see a list of your applications to fill out after a while.   The good news is it seems to be a solution to this problem.  The bad news is that the problem has existed for several months and BB support doesn't seem to have a solution for this.

  Hope of workaround helps someone in the future.

  Currently, there is no way to save your new image instead of the original image. For now, you need to manually delete the original. It is however a great request! Please share with the team by typing "give us feedback" in the app menu (tap on the app icon in the upper left corner of the screen while inside the app).
