  James, if it came with the machine and you are not registered, then you can't get it from the dealer where you purchased the machine. PSE 8 is now end of life and we have limited resources for the same thing, make sure you check the system requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements if you try to install it on a new machine.

  If you want to upgrade to the latest version, you can check: photo editor, change the images. Adobe Photoshop Elements 13

  My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and first 12 items does not work.  On adobe.com, it shows that I received the serial number is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and first elements 9.  I bought these products in the past, but recently upgraded to 12 items.  Can I use the Organizer in photoshop, but could not open the editor of photoshop.

  I have a relatively new thinkpad x 201 (within a year), and the outer shell/case of it disintegrates inexplicably.

  I want to get in touch with support from lenovo, but I can't find my serial number... Could someone tell me where it is placed on the x 201?

  It is not on the underside of the case (there are two P/N numbers, but are neither serial numbers valid according to the support site, and there are also some codes of FCC/Canada version that seems safe assuming that is not serial numbers - they are also not the right size for the serial numbers) (according to the support site, so this kind of confirms that)...

  Can someone point me in the right place? Unless I'm missing something, the only place to turn left is inside the case somewhere...

  If you have Lenovo's Toolbox installed, open it and it should show you the serial number.

  F2 at startup brings you into the bios. It will also be listed here under information.
