I get random links to advertisements ("Top case") everywhere on Web sites

I use OS x El Capitan. On many sites, there are now words randomly linking to advertising. Ordinary words of the text on the pages that are transformed into links. These sites are not supposed to have ads like that, when I use my other computer that they aren't there. There seems to be a program called "Top case" which is the cause of them. Since I receive these ads in Safari and Chrome, I'm quite sure that this isn't a Safari extension and I think I may have a bad program in my computer somewhere, but I can't find. Have tried Googling a way to remove them, but couldn't find anything that worked.

Any help is appreciated

Click here and follow the instructions, or if it is not a type of adware is covered by them on the computer, these. If you would rather not remove it manually, you can run rather MalwareBytes for Mac.

MalwareBytes simplifies the process of removal of adware, but does not stop it or other malware from entering the computer. It should not be invoked to prevent future incidents; Instead, avoid downloading software from sources other than the Mac App Store or Developer Web sites.

How a jpeg Microsoft Entourage (Mac) link chart has been sent to a Web site

I want to build an email that uses several different graphics to link to different places (pages) on my site. The email is sent to our existing customers.

My e-mail client is Microsoft Entourage (Mac). So my question is perhaps best indicated as: How can I use an image (jpeg) in a Microsoft Entourage (Mac) and making said graphics in a link?

Yes.  I understand your dilemma. You have Microsoft Word installed? If so, create your message in Word, add a hyperlink to the image, make the hyperlink a qualified full, as I showed above, and then use the FILE | Send to (in HTML) to specify your recipients in Entourage.  Note that the Entourage must be your default email for this client to work.

  • I get error messages when I try to visit some Web sites you use Mozilla Firefox, but not when I use other browsers

About two days ago, I noticed that when I tried to access some websites using Firefox, I always got this error message. "The connection was reset". Initially, I thought it was a problem with my ISP before noticing that the network was fine on my phone and the iPad. I tried and then open the same links which brought up the error message on the TorBrowser and it worked perfectly.

Basically, the only site that works right now on my Firefox browser is Google but if I do a Google search and then click on any link that appears so I get the same error message, "the connection was reset". I can also connect to my gmail account, but I can't access any other Web site including Feedly, Tumblr, Twitter, Yahoo, Wordpress, Blogspot, even though they work fine on my other browser.

I have cleared my cache and cookies, wiped out all browsing history, but the problem persists then I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and reinstalled. The problem is still there. I checked the proxy settings, I went through all the solutions on this page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can?esab=a & as = aaq and still nothing. I'm not sure what the problem is here, but any solution will be appreciated. I have used Firefox for years and I'm really not comfortable using a different browser.

I use a Macbook OS X Version 10.9.4 and the last Firefox 32.0.1

Thank you for following it upwards. Unfortunately, certificates of do_not_trust could be a sign of unwanted software on your pc that is to intercept the secure network traffic. go to the system control panel and uninstall programs such as BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, backup or other software that seems suspicious and did not get intentionally installed by you.

  • A few weeks ago, I started having problems to make the links and buttons to work on various Web sites. I tried the steps help without success. What gives?

When I go to some web sites, I can't some of their links or buttons to work. For example, I can't "vote" and see the results on the MSN home page or go to my account on the homepage of Ancestry.com. Some links work, but others do not. They do not work in Internet Explorer either. I tried all suggestions for plug-ins and extensions that gives Support of Mozilla. I have run Windows 8.1, have Java as well as JavaScript. I tried to understand what is happening. Any help would be appreciated!

Ronmissy2008, it's immediate. I'm sorry to hear about you, not being able to access some links, or use the buttons to vote on issues or read articles. " First, I call your Internet service provider and have them check your router '. There is a possibility that it may need an update of the firmware, because you have upgraded to Windows 8.1. Firmware is integrated software that implements network protocols and security for this specific model of hardware device. More Wi-wired routers and are designed to perform a firmware upgrade process. The manufacturer will be able to make improvements to your router. When I arrived AT & T U-verse, my router updated its firmware that took a few minutes to perform. Click on the link for more information on firmware updates:

If your service provider is done with the update of the firmware on the router, then try to update your Windows 8.1 software.

1.) Open Windows Update by sliding into the right edge of the screen (or, if you are using a mouse, pointing to the corner bottom right of the screen, move the mouse upward), touching or clicking on settings, tapping or clicking on PC, change settings and then typing or clicking on update and recovery.

TAP 2.) or click on choose how to install the updates.

3.) under important updates, choose the option you want.

4.) under recommended updates, select the Give me recommended updates the same way I receive important updates check box, and then click on apply.

That's all I could think of at this moment. No doubt call your Internet service provider and let them know you have upgraded to Windows 8.1 and your router needs to be checked. In addition, ask them to update the firmware, if necessary. Then run Windows update. I'll do more research on this issue. Let me know what results you receive after completing the firmware update and windows update.
