  If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the call of menu bar.

  Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars".

  • Open the Customize via "view > toolbars > customize.
  • Make sure the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" are on the personal bar

  • If the missing elements are in the toolbar palette then drag them from the window, customize the toolbar

  Hi Colleen, assuming that it is not a problem of external software, then the next few things to try include:

  Firefox Safe mode

  It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable extensions, hardware acceleration, and a few other advanced features of Firefox. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  If the menus are usable, you can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still works

  After stops in Firefox, a small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not reset).

  If the menus are not usable, exit/crash Firefox and hold down the SHIFT key when you start again. A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not reset).

  If you have the same problem, it could be something in your settings or in the Firefox program folder. These approaches test these possibilities.

  Create a new Firefox profile

  Clean reinstall it

  (1) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 34 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

  (2) the release of Firefox.

  (3) to rename the program folder

  (Windows 32-bit folder names)

  C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
  

  TO

  C:\Program Files\OldFirefox
  

  (Windows 64-bit folder names)

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

  (4) run the installer you downloaded in the #1. It should automatically connect to your existing settings.

  When you start Firefox, you may need to use the Profile Manager to return to your regular profile.

  Note: Some plugins recently installed can exist only in this OldFirefox file. If it is missing something essential, present in these files:

  • \OldFirefox\Plugins
  • \OldFirefox\browser\plugins

It worked...  Posting it here in case anyone else has this problem. She told me that there is NO SUPPORT for Pro 9 except the forums. I'm happy you're here.   Yesterday, I tried to print a picture of my A526. However, he did not print and there is nothing in the print queue.   j. wait five to six seconds.
  k. restart the computer.
  l. plug in the USB cable to the printer and the computer.

  Try to connect the USB cable to the USB 2.0 on the computer.

  Now, check if the Windows Test page prints fine.

  I kept my HP F4480 in my attic for about 4 years.  Recently, I went out of storage and connected to my computer.  Once Windows loaded drivers, I tried to scan a document, which worked well.  Then I tried to print a document both a color and black and white.  The paper went through fine, but there is any impression on them.  While they inspected the ink cartridges, I found the black to have wet ink on it while the color we showed not ink.  I struck out of black ink and reinsert the cartridges.  Once more, the copy feature seems to work, but nothing was printed on paper.

  I think my next step is to buy either new ink or a new printer.  What is the probability that the new ink will solve my problem or is it more likely to be a waste of money?

  I appreciate your excellent advice.  Although the printer cartridges have been until now is to keep, they provisioned enough for giving me the confidence that they were in fact the problem.  I put in new cartridges for printers that print LARGE.  Thank you
