  This problem occurs with the 64-bit application as Acrobat is a 32-bit application making it incompatible to insert objects into a MS Word 64-bit application.

  As a workaround solution insert the object as a 'Create New' rather than create a file.

  You probably use drawing markup tools. There are options to print with or without annotations. You can not change this.

  If you don't want them to see the prices, either remove the original document and recreate the pdf without them there or you can use the redaction tools in the full paid for version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  In the past two years, I developed about 15 presentations for our customers using Captivate.  They all worked fine until recently.  Today I dug to see if I could figure out what's the scoop.  Looks like it's boiling all down on the fact that they do not have the latest version of 'Adobe Reader' and 'Flash Player'.  With the latest installed versions, here's what our customers (and myself) get:
