  5. Make sure the Normal startup is selected

  Don't know what's happening, you do not give a lot of information, but if you have the constant beachballing (spinning wait cursor), which could mean that the hard drive is dying.

  I spend (and lose) so much time trying to make fundamental changes in the States. There must be an easier way in the future in Muse with the States. But for now, here's my challenge:

  First try and boot from the new RAM module 1 stick and see if it boots, if not then try the same procedure with the key, you don't try and see if it boots. Could be a faulty stick of RAM and if so, you will need to send it to the supplier.

  The only problem is that the store has been incredibly unreliable.  We kept a current to 8 machines directory and a little less than 60% of those that we have had so far this year have experienced problems getting Windows Update to work properly and to get extreme Windows 8.1 download has started and installed.  My colleagues and I have spent countless hours in the workplace and on our personal time trying to find fixes for these issues

  No there is not. Sorry, but Microsoft made the decision to release 8.1 by download from the store window and buy purchase retail only we will not have to like it, but it's the only game in town. Personally I recommend to my family and friends if they have problems to download Windows 8.1 they purchase a full retail copy and do a clean install. This also has the advantage that if you wipe your computer in the future you don't have to be bothered by all these many updates.   You can't the PDF files to be changed with Acrobat Reader DC.

  You must have the Acrobat application to edit PDF files using Acrobat. Edit PDF files.
