I have a PDF Creator

I have a PDF Creator, when I connect with the administrator and use it to convert a document to PDF, it works fine, when I connect with any other user even being in the administrator, the pdf Creator Group recorded a 0 byte file or a corrupted file. I try so many unsuccessful things.

Chances are good that it has been installed under your user profile and not made available to all users.  You may need to unninstall it and re - install, this time by selecting the option to make it available to users of the al.

If it does not present the option here is what Rick Rogers, MVP wrote:

Setup of the program must be written such that it will install at all
users. Otherwise, you will need to install under each account. In general,.
older software will not follow the design parameters and will require
that install you it under each user. Vista compatible software * should * offer
the option to install for all users and not only the charge account. The use of
"run as Administrator" gives a high privileges so that the program can
write and create system folders, but it has nothing to do with
Whether or not, he moved to all users.

This is perhaps your only option if the program does not have the ability to choose.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!
